Volunteering

HEY! Volunteering is open to everyone aged 16+. We are fully inclusive, entirely flexible and there’s no minimum commitment required. You can decide what shifts you sign up to according to your interests and availability – whether that’s once a week, once a month or a couple of times a year! Your volunteering journey is entirely in your hands.

What do we do?

Volunteer roles are wide and varied, according to the event needs. For example, shifts could include welcoming visitors and audience members, wayfinding and visitor information, general event support or simply joining in with activities to promote a positive and friendly atmosphere. You could be supporting an art gallery one day and assisting a photoshoot the next!

How does it work?

It’s simple.

1. Fill out an application form (link to application form from get involved page).
2. Take part in a short training session and collect your uniform.
3. Access all the volunteering you want via our online system!
